Technical property management
LIV Housing ensures that your property stays in good condition without you having to worry about it. So your property is always looking neat and we offer your tenant(s) a nice place to live. This benefits the value of your property.
Based on your goals and wishes, we make clear agreements about the technical management of your property. We take care of the maintenance of your property, coordinate work and respond adequately to technical complaints. For example, we deploy specialist maintenance technicians for minor and major maintenance and we arrange electrical and plumbing work. We also give your building a lick of paint and tackle the floor. You can also count on our 24/7 emergency service to solve problems as quickly as possible. Through a portal we offer insight into the technical condition of your property and related (completed) actions.
